This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 725x725 size tag

E31 c/p size this down by 64%

Take the tube we are using paste her size her down 21% pull to the bottom of the frame

E40 c/p size this down by 75% pull to the left edge of tag, but still over the bottom of the tube E70 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the far right edge of the tag

E64 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the left edge of the tag

E30 c/p size this down by 55% pull to sit on top of barrel

E11 c/p size this down by 22% pull to sit on the barrel and ground

E1 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit by boot

E35 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit in front of the clovers on the barrel

E16 c/p size this down by 19% pull to sit on left edge of barrel

E69 c/p size this down by 10% pull to sit in front of rabbit

E22 c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit on right of rabbit

E6 c/p size this down by 16% pull to sit by green roses on the ground

E66 c/p rotate 35° to the left size this down by 40% pull so that her right  hand is holding on to the strings

E54 c/p size this down by 13% pull to sit by beer

E18 c/p size this down by 13% pull to sit by harp

E72 c/p size this down by 13% pull to pot of shamrocks

Click on bottom layer size the tags down to 700pixels,

Flood fill bottom layer with paper 12 apply mask from above, or one you like better, always make the tag yours…

 

Click on top most layer of your tag make a new raster layer for the copyright and credit to kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
