This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750 Size tag (Size down at the end)

 

E51 c/p leave as it falls on the tag

E72 c/p flip vertical, then mirror size this down by 75% pull to the upper right edge of the frame

E58 c/p size this down by 57% pull to the far right edge of the tag

Take the peacock out of the 2^nd tube paste it and size it down by 36% pull to the upper left edge of the tag

E12 c/p mirror size this down by 75% pull to the right edge of the frame, in front of blue mushrooms

E3 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the right edge of the rocks, take

E10 c/p size this down by 42% pull to the right edge of the rocks, then take a 2^nd copy of E3 mirror pull this to the left edge of blue flower

Take the nature tube w/ dragon paste the colorized version we are using and mirror size her down by 19% pull to the left edge where she is sitting in front of the peacock

E5 c/p size this down by 41% pull to sit on bottom of other blue flower

E34 c/p size this down by 41% pull to sit on top of the rocks just above the water flowing down

E4 c/p mirror size this down by 35% pull to sit on her hand

E93 c/p mirror size this down by 35% pull to sit on top of rocks

Click on bottom layer of the tag

E32 c/p pull to sit around the frame

This is where I size the tag down to 700x700

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the credit, and copyright information add a saying to the tag and your done…
