This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open up the zip find template 05 shift+D to duplicate

Close the original one

Delete words, and squares under it

Oval 1 flood fill with paper 16

Oval 2 flood fill with paper 7

Thin rectangles flood fill with paper 1 apply DS from above

Small back 1&2 flood fill with paper 11

Click on the blue frame back

Open flower boarder 1 crop off what is inside of the blue frame

Click under flowers border

Take the colorized version of the tube you want to use, c/p size her down by 30% pull to sit on right edge of blue crop out what is showing inside of the frame, c/p mirror a 2^nd copy and pull her to the left edge

Click on top most layer of the tag

Tulips c/p size this down by 30% pull to sit inside of the white frames

Flowers 7 c/p size this down by 30% pull to sit on left of tulips

 

Flowers 5 c/p size this down by 30%

Gifts 2 c/p size this down by 25% pull to cover up the bottom of tulips

Candies c/p mirror size down by 25% pull to sit on left edge of the boxes

Daisies 3 c/p size down by 35% pull to the right edge of the tag

Envelope 2 c/p size this down by 18% pull to the left edge of white frames over the bottom of flowers

Gift 3 c/p size this gift down by 15% pull to sit on left of candles

Add a new raster layer, for the credits to kit maker and License information; add a name to the tag and you’re done…
