This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

I am using a MIZ mask 196

 Miz Teeques Mask

Open a 700x700 size tag

Take paper 11 flood fill bottom layer of your tag, apply mask from above

Take frame 8 paste it inside of the mask layer, and then merge into one raster layer

Frame 9 c/p pull to the top most layer of the tag, add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 4

Opacity 55

Blur 14

Color black 

E31 c/p size this down by 55% pull to the lower left edge of the frame

Open the tube we are using paste it behind the frame then size it down by 65%

E23 c/p pull to the bottom of the frame size this down by 75%

E5 c/p size down by 40% pull to right edge of the tag then rotate 40° to the right

E30 c/p size this down by 55% pull to sit in front of sunflower

E29 c/p size this down by 27% pull to the upper left top of the tag

E24 c/p size this down by 37% pull to the upper right side of frame

E48 c/p size this down by 35% pull to the left edge of your tag

E34 c/p size this down by 35% add, drop shadow from above, pull to fly above the white flowers

E87 c/p mirror size this down by 19% pull to sit on sunflower

E28 c/p size this down by 19% pull to sit on left edge of fairy house,

E94 c/p size this down by 23% pull to sit on left of the deer

Make a new raster layer for your copyrights and credit to kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done.. .
