Open a 750x750

E19 c/p size this down by 50%

E37 c/p size this down by 81% pull to the bottom of the fence, take the sized down version c/p mirror it and pull to the bottom of the sand to make it a bigger patch of sand

E90 c/p size this down by 49% pull to the left edge of the fence

E1 c/p size this down by 49% pull to the right edge of the tag

E47 c/p size this down by 46% pull to the right edge of the umbrella

Take the version of the tube you wish to use, c/p size her down by 59% she will be under the umbrella

E103 c/p size this down by 49% pull to the left edge of the sand

E15 c/p size this down by 30% pull to sit in front of brown flowers (pull the flowers up so both show behind the table)

E8 c/p size this down by 19% pull to the left edge of the table

E24 c/p size this down by 19% pull to the right edge of the table

E67 c/p size this down by 35% pull so it sits in front of table

E3 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on right end of the tube

E38 c/p size this down by 19% pull to sit in front of table

E33 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit in front of beach bag

E20 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit by anchor

E96 c/p size this down by 45% pull to fly above plants on left edge of your tag

E45 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit on top of the anchor

E85 c/p size this down by 30% pull to sit in the middle of the tag

Click on bottom layer of your tag, this is where I size the tag down

Open paper 12 flood fill bottom layer , apply the mask from above, merge into one raster , add a sharpen to the mask layer, add a small drop shadow  to make the mask stand out..

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the credits to artist and License information, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
