This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

E137 c/p size this down by 70% leave as it falls on the tag

Frame 5 c/p pull it to cover up the bottom of E137

Duplicate the frame pull the 2^nd to the bottom layer of the tag, click on the 1^st copy of the frame clean off any of it that show’s over the tree on right edge of the tag

E28 c/p size this down size this down by 55% pull to the lower left of the frame

Take the tube you want to use paste her size her down by 50%

E3 c/p size this down by 72% pull to the bottom of the tube

E109 c/p size this down by 40% pull to sit on left edge of the sand

E106 c/p size this down by 40% pull to sit on right edge of the frame

E45 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the right side of the sand

E5 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit in front of purple plant

E6 c/p size this down by 21% pull to sit on top of purple plant

E22 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on left edge of the mermaid

E13 c/p mirror size the bird down by 35% pull to sit in top left palm tree

E23 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit by shell with pearl on the left edge

E66 c/p rotate 45° to the left size it down by 15% pull to sit in front of shell

E87 c/p size this down by 15% pull this bird to the upper right top of the trees

E108 c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit in the middle of the tag

Click on bottom layer of your tag

With paper (5) draw a circle behind the bottom frame, convert to a raster layer

Click under the circle flood fill with paper 10 apply mask from above merge this into a group layer

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the copyrights and credit to kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done..
