Sunset Beach Mermaid 

This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750 size tag

E36 c/p size this down by 70% take a 2^nd copy of the sized down one past then rotate 15° to the right, then copy that layer and paste it and rotate the 3^rd one 15° to the right also, merge into on frame layer

E15 c/p then pull it so the top of sunset is above the frames, then pull it behind the frames

Click on top layer of your tag

E74 c/p size this down by 76% pull to sit on inside of the frame, on the right edge o the tag

E18 c/p pull this to the right hand edge of the frames

E13 c/p pull down to the bottom of the frame

E12 c/p size this down by 60% pull to bottom left of the frames

E16 c/p size this down by 40% pull to sit on right side of lighthouse element

Take the colorized version of the tube we are using paste it as a new layer , size her down by 18% pull so she sits in middle of the sand

E31 c/p pull to the bottom of the mermaid, covering up a small part of the brown shell on tube  

E76 c/p size this down by 26% pull to sit by the bend in her tail

E3 c/p size this down by 26% pull to sit on left edge of water

E88 c/p size this down by 26% pull to sit on left edge of the brown shell

E9 c/p mirror size this down by 55% pull so it covers up the right backside of the tube

E72 c/p size this down by 26% pull to sit on right of pink coral

E33 c/p rotate 44° to the left size down by 23% pull to sit on top of open shell

Make a new raster layer for your credits and license information add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
