This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Here  Tag Templates 94-96

Open template pack

Shift+D to duplicate close the original

Raster 1&2 flood fill with paper 5

Raster 3 flood fill with paper10

Raster 4 &5 flood fill with paper 2

Raster 6 colorize to a purple color

Raster 7 flood fill with paper 9

Take the close up of the tube, paste then size it down by 75%

E31 c/p then pull it to the bottom of the tube

Click on raster 4

Open element 11&30

Take E11 c/p pull behind the clock face on E30 size the full clock down to fit behind the clock face, clean off the hands of E30 , then merge this onto one layer c/p layer then pull this up to the left most tope side of the tag (I hope that makes Sense )

E59 cp rotate 45° to the right pull to the upper right edge of raster 1 but still on top of the tag

E24 c/p pull this to hang off the branch on top of clock, add a sharpen more to the layer

E36 c/p pull to the lower left edge of the tag

E08 c/p size the cat down by 75% then pull it  so he is lying on the bottom left corner of the tag over the leaves

E43 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit on top of black ribbon

E20 c/p mirror size this down by 35% pull to fly above her head

E38 c/p size this down by 64% pull to the far right edge of the tag

E47 c/p mirror size this down by 55% pull to the bottom right edge tree

E44 c/p size this rose down by 35% pull to sit on bottom edge of other roses

This is where you can size the tag down I do 700x700

Add a new raster layer for the copyrights and credit to kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done
