This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

E140 c/p size this down by 75%

E41 c/p size this down by 75%, then pull this to the upper left side of the frame

E103 c/p size this down by 45% pull 1^st copy to the right side of the frame, take a 2^nd copy pull this one to the left edge of the frame

E60 c/p; pull to the bottom of the frame

E6 c/p size this down by 40% pull to the right edge of the sand

E47 c/p size this down by 66% pull to the left edge of the sand
E39 c/p size this down by 45% pull to sit on bottom leaf on the bamboo

E75 c/p size this down by 30% pull to hang on the tropical tree

E37 c/p then pull this to the bottom of the sand

E30 c/p this 3 times, on each side of frame then again in the middle

Take the tube we are using paste her size her down by 30% pull to the right middle of the tag

Take the water layer paste it above the tube but size it down by 55% pull to it covers up the bottom of her knees (it will look like she is sitting in the water)

66 c/p pull this to the left edge of the water

E12 c/p mirror size this down by 25% pull to sit on top of water

E29 c/p size this down by 31% pull to the right edge of the water

E19 c/p size this down by 24% pull to sit by her right knee in water

E59 c/p size this down by 25% pull to stand by green lizard on left of the tag

Click on bottom layer of your tag (size the tag down if you need to use it on a forum) 700x700

Open paper 7 flood fill then apply mask from above, merge into one layer.

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the copyrights and a saying to the tag and you’re done..
