This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 800x800 size tag

F3 c/p size this down by 80%

55 c/p pull to the middle of the tag, this will cover up the top part of the frame

53c/p pull this  to the bottom of E55

47 c/p mirror size this down by 66% pull to the right side of the frame

Take tube 7 c/p size this down by 15% pull so she is on the left edge of the background in tag

78 c/p pull this down to cover up the bottom of the tube

35 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on right edge of the tube

42 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on right edge of the stump

31 c/p size this down by 55% pull to the right edge of the grass

49 c/p pull this to the lower left size it down by 90%

Click on layer behind the pond

14 c/p pull behind the pond, size it down by 35% pull to the left edge of the pond

21 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit by the E14

Click on top most layer

7 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit on right edge of the right edge of your tag

20 flip vertical size this down by 35% pull to sit in the front middle of the pond

26 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on left of tree in front of pond

60 c/p size this down by 35% pull to stand in front of grass on the right edge of the tag

22 c/p size this down by 24% pull to sit by rocks on right side of the tag

Make a new raster layer for the copyright for the tube and kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done
