This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

70 c/p size this down by 55%

Take the 1^st tube which she is sitting holding a pillow, pull this behind the frame size it down b 55% using your magic wand tool select all inside of the frame, then use modify and expand  this by 11 delete any of the tube that is showing outside of the frame

Click back on top layer of your tag

38 c/p size this down by 45% pull to the upper right top of the frame

71 c/p size this down by 45% pull to the left edge of your frame

Take the 2^nd tube we are using paste her size her down by 30% pull to the far right edge of the frame

1 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit by her feet on left side of tag

60 c/p size this down by 22% pull to sit in front of the tubes right knee on ground

17 c/p size this down by 23% pull to sit in front of the left knee

19 c/p size this down by 17% pull to sit on right edge of the cake

14 c/p size this down by 12% pull to sit on the left of the cake

22 c/p size this down by 14% pull to sit in front of the cake

27 c/p size this down by 12% pull to sit on left of the teddy bear’s foot

52 c/p size this down by 12% pull to sit in front of rose in the vase

61 c/p size this down by 17% pull to sit in front of chocolate with rose’s

64 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit by rose’s on the teddy bear

Click on bottom layer of your tag (this is where I size the tag down)

Flood fill with paper 3 apply mask from above, merge into one layer.

Click back on top layer of the tag add a new raster layer, for the copyrights and credit to the kit maker , add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
