Open a 750x750

128 c/p size this down by 69% leave as it falls on the tag

8 c/p pull behind the frame

18 c/p size this down by 70% pull to the left edge of your frame

Click on top layer of the frame

Take the colorized tube you want to use c/p size her down by 33% pull to the bottom of the frame

78 c/p size this down by 30% pull to sit on the left of the tube

9 c/p size this down by 30% pull to the right edge of your tube

7 c/p size this down by 80%, and then pull to the bottom of the tube

133 c/p size this down by 30% pull to the middle of the mushrooms

16 c/p size this down by 30% pull so she is standing on the big mushroom by the tube

25 c/p size this down by 30% pull to stand in front of the small mushroom on the right of the tag

14 c/p size this down by 65% add this drop shadow

Vertical 6

Horizontal 4

Opacity 55

Blur 5

Then rotate this 45° to the right then pull over the pale blue mushrooms

24 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit on the left edge of blue grass

26 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit in front of grass w/blue flowers

5c/p size this down by 26% pull to the far right edge of your tag

122 c/p size this down by 21% pull to sit on left side of bottle/cauldron

125 c/p mirror size this down by 29% pull to stand between the purple and blue flowers on the ground

Click on bottom layer of the tag flood fill with paper 19, then apply mask from above merge into on layer…

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer, for the copyrights, credits to kit maker and add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
