This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

Frame 7 c/p size this down by 55%

Click on bottom layer paste paper 24 using your magic wand select on the outside and inside of the frame, then delete any outside of both area, the paper will now only be behind the frame

Click on top layer of the tag

112 c/p size this down by 38% pull to the left edge of the tag

Take the tube we are using and paste it size down by 65% pull to sit inside of the frame

194 c/p rotate 45° to the right size this down by 31% pull to the bottom of the tube

30 c/p mirror size this down by 31% pull to the bottom left edge of the tag

41 c/p size this down by 21% pull to sit in between the flowers

7 c/p size this down by 20% pull to the left edge of the tag

11 c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit on the right edge of the tag

22 c/p size this down by 14% pull to sit by the globe on its right side

191 c/p size this down by 15% pull so it sits on top of the globe

201 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on the right edge of the moon

14 c/p size this down by 7% pull to sit by candle on the right edge

109 c/p size this down by 13% pull to sit on right edge of hour glass

Click on bottom layer of your tag (this is where you can size down)

Flood fill with paper 3 apply mask from above, merge into on layer

Click on top layer of the tag

Add a new raster layer for the copyrights and credit to kit maker, make sure you have a valid License to use Rebecca’s work, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
