This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

Open paper 21 size this down to fit inside of the canvas, then apply the mask from above

18 c/p size this down by 40% pull to the upper right part of the mask (behind the mask)

71 c/p size this down by 39% pull to the lower left edge of the mask layer

20 c/p size this down by39% pull to the lower right edge of the mask

Merge this into one layer, so we don’t move the mask and mess the tag up (LOL)

Click outside of the mask layer

87 c/p pull towards the bottom of the tag

Take the Mermaid Aglaope mirror her, size her down by45% pull to the middle of the tag

64 c/p mirror size this down by 25% pull to the lower right edge of the sand

2 c/p size this down by 14% pull to the upper left edge of the mask

25 c/p mirror size this down by 21% pull to float under the fish on left edge of the tag

59 c/p size this down by 21% pull to the middle top of the water

63 c/p size this down by 36% pull to sit at the bottom of the big Mermaid

69 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit between the ship and chest

49 c/p size this down by 15% pull to float above the chest

34 c/p size this down by 9% pull to sit on right edge of the chest

23 c/p size this down by 15% pull this so it look’s like it is swimming up to the small mermaid on left side of the tag

Add a new raster layer for the copyrights and credit to kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
