This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 700x700

37 c/p size this down by 50% leave as it falls on the tag

Click on bottom layer

Take the tube we are using pull her so her face is inside of the frame, then add this drop shadow to the frame

Vertical 5

Horizontal 5

Opacity 75

Blur 10

Color black

Click on back layer again

47 c/p size this down by 63% pull the 1^st copy to the upper left side of the tag, take a 2^nd copy and pull to the bottom of your tag

Click on top most layer of the tag

40 c/p size this down by 35% pull to the top of the frame

30 c/p size this down by 25% rotate 90° to the right pull so it is below the S and take a 2^nd copy mirror pull to the other side of your word art

6 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the upper right top of word art

27 c/p size this down by 23% pull to the lower right of the frame

14 c/p size this down by 38% pull to look like it is hanging off the steel heart on upper right of your tag

46 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on bottom left of black rose

16 c/p size this down by 15% pull to the left of black flower

29 c/p size this down by 15% pull to the lower left edge of your tag

28 c/p rotate 45° to the right size it down by 15% pull to sit on bottom of the black flowers

38 c/p size this down by 12% pull to sit on left edge of brown flower

45 c/p size this down by 12% pull to sit on left bottom of silver element

13 c/p size this down by 16% pull to the upper left of the V, then add the drop shadow from above

Make a new raster layer for the credit for kit and AI, no copyright is allowed to be used on AI tubes, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
