This tutorial is written in Corel 2023, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

 Lady and Cat

Open a 750x750 (size down at the end)

12  c/p size this down by 85%, leave how it falls on your tag

65 c/p size this down by 65%, leave this how it falls on the tag this will cover up some of the element , then clean out any that show’s up on the inside of the frame 

54 c/p size this down by 65% pull to the middle of your frame

Take the tube we are using c/p size her down by 21% pull so the cat sits in the middle of the fabric

67 c/p size this down by 45% pull to the far right edge of your tag

16 c/p size this down by 45% pull to the top middle of your tag

3 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on left edge of the tube

7 c/p size the bird down by 19% pull to sit on top right of the chair

24 c/p size this down by 20% pull to the right edge of the chair

5 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit in front of the tube by the box

40 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on left edge of the box

30 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on right of the music box

46 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit in front of the chair

37 c/p size this down by 10% pull to sit by the cake 

25 c/p size this down by 12% pull to sit between the headset and the book

Click on bottom layer of the tag

Using your  ellipse tool draw a circle behind with paper number 14 make this a raster layer

Click back on top layer of the tag add a new raster layer for the copyrights and credit to the kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
