This tutorial is written in Corel 2023, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 700x300

Also a 200x200 avatar size

Open paper 6 flood fill the tag and avie

22 c/p size this down by 80% pull to the right edge of the tag

14 c/p mirror size this down by 55% pull to sit by green grass (we will move so it is behind the left side of the tube)

Take the tube we are using, I used the gray scale layers to make it match the blue’s in the kit, c/p size her down by 25% pull to the far right edge of the tag, and paste it on the avie pull to the right side, size the tube in the avie, down by 75%

24 c/p size this down by 60% pull to the far left edge of the tag

2 c/p size this down by 25% hang it off a few of the sticks on the left edge of your tag 

17 c/p size this down by 34% pull one copy to the right side of tag, take a 2nd copy and mirror pull to sit in front of the sticks

5 c/p size this down by 30% mirror pull to sit by rocks on left edge of the tag

12 c/p size this down by 30% pull one copy to the right by the rocks, take a 2nd copy and pull by the chest

33 c/p size this down by 45% pull to sit on left side of chest 

36 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on left edge of the green rock

13 c/p size this down by 29% pull to sit on the rocks on the right edge of the tag

45 c/p size this down by 46% pull to sit on left leg of the tube

44 c/p mirror size this down by 44% pull to the left top of your tag

10 c/p size this down by 29% pull to sit on left edge of shells, in front of the ship

Add a new raster layer for the credits and License information, add a saying to the tag and you’re done… 

Add the Lice info on the avie for the tube also, add a letter to it , then you're done.
