Open a 725x725 (you can size down later)

F2 c/p re-size by 90%

E2 c/p pull behind the frame re-size by 85%...

E32 c/p pull it  behind your frame up-size it by 115% so it show outside of the frame…

Take your tube re-size her down to 600pixels in height pull her to the bottom of the frame then size her down by 80%...

E56 flip vertical paste rotate 45º to the left and pull to the lower left of your tag…

E8 c/p re-size b 45% pull to cover up the end of the pink flowers on the right side…

K57 c/p re-size by 34% pull to the middle of other pink flowers…

E1 c/p re-size by 34% pull to the right of pink rose…

E7 c/p re-size by 58% pull to sit on the right of the diamond heart…

E18 c/p re-size by 45% pull to sit in left of diamond hearts…

E13 c/p re-size by 40% pull to sit by the L in love…

E10 c/p re-size by 25% pull to sit by bucket of wine…

E6 c/p pull to the bottom of your tag floating over the love words…

 Go to bottom layer of your tag paste E27 this will stand as our paper…

Go back to top most layer of your tag and add a new raster layer for your copyrights and credit to the kitmaker…

Open a 725x725 size tag

F6 c/p re-size by 78%

E78 c/p pull behind frame, pull to the upper left re-size by 40%

E1 c/p rotate 90° to the right pull behind the frame clean off the extra on the left side of the frame , leave the extra on the right side…

E58 c/p flip vertical re-size by 38% pull to the upper left hand edge of your tag…

E80 c/p pull to the bottom of your frame…

E65 c/p mirror re-size by 46% pull to the left of grass…

E18 c/p pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

E59 c/p re-size by 40% pull to stand beside the tree, but leave the skulls so you can still see them…

Take the sized down version of your tube (600pixels in height) mirrors her and paste her to the right hand edge of your frame/grass…

E63 c/p re-size by 30% pull to the top of the black frame…

E62 c/p re-size by 30% pull to sit in front of tree on left side of your tag…

E81 c/p mirror re-size by 48% pull to sit in front of your tube…

Go to bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper2 apply mask from above, merge into one group then add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 65

Blur 5

Color black

Now go back to top most layer of your tag and add a new raster layer for your copyrights and credit to the kit maker if they require it..

Add a saying to your tag and your done..

Raster 4 flood fill with paper8

Raster 5 flood fill with paper 7

Add this bevel to the layer

I do not mess with the other 2 tabs for bevel…

Add this drop shadow (will be my default for this tutorial)

Horizontal 3

Opacity 100

Blur 5

Color black

Raster 2 flood fill with paper2

Raster 6 add the drop shadow from above…

8 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the far side of circle…

3 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the right of green element…

5 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the right of sallie…

Click on raster 3 paste your tube re-size her by 30% mirror pull to the very far right hand edge of your tag…

19 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the front of the tube…

70 c/p re-size by 80% pull to cover the cauldron of the tube…

57 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the lower left hand edge of your tag…

58 c/p re-size by 30% pull to the right of green bottle…

25 c/p re-size by 30% pull to the middle of Crystals…

66 c/p re-size by 30% pull to the left of mummy powder…

56 c/p re-size by 30% pull to the right of skull bottle…

51 c/p re-size by 30% pull to the right of bat eyes…

31 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the right of pumpkin…

 Go to upper top most layer add a new raster layer for your copyright and give the kit maker credit.. Make sure you have a LIC# to use this artwork

IQ-58 c/p add this drop shadow

IQ-3 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the far right hand edge of frames…

I am using a cropped for a close up, you can crop your tube how ever you wish it to show up on the tag... I made mine where you can still see the rose on the tube, re-sized it by 50%. Then mirror the tube..

IQ-69 c/p pull it to the bottom edge of your tube…

Take the element from above, paste make it 45% opacity leave over the tube, but clean off the part around her head…

IQ-73 c/p re-size by 40% add the drop shadow from above, then pull to the far right hand edge of snow…

IQ-7 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the far right edge of tag…

IQ-1 c/p rotate 09° to the right re-size by 40% pull to the bottom right of snow…

IQ-43 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the far, left hand edge of snow…

IQ-75 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the right hand edge of swirl….

IQ-78 c/p re-size by 60% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

IQ-23 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the very far left hand edge of snow…

IQ-55 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the very far right side of your tag…

IQ-74 c/p  re-size by 45% pull to the left of the bunny…

IQ-2 c/p re-size by 25% add a sharpen more to the element, then pull to the left hand side of rose…

IQ-38 c/p re-size by 55% add drop shadow from above, and pull to the upper right hand edge of your tag…

OQ-61 c/p flip vertically pull to the bottom of your tag…

OQ-68 c/p leave as it paste’s to the image…

Go to the very bottom layer of your tag, and flood fill with paper10 apply mask and merge into one group, then upsize by 110% add a sharpen more, and the drop shadow from above…

Now go to the very top raster of your tag, add a new one for your copyright and what ever saying you wish to use…
