Open a 750x750

Frame 5 c/p size this down by 66%

Take the tube c/p pull behind the frame size this down by 65%

Click on top layer of your tag

E116 c/p size this down by 35% pull to the far left edge of your frame

E9 c/p size this down by 45% pull to sit on bottom edge of the frame

E41 c/p mirror size this down by 35% pull to the far right edge of the tag

E29 c/p mirror size this down by 30% pull to the lower left edge of the frame

E148 c/p rotate 180° to the left size this down by 40% pull to the bottom of other pink flower

E147 c/p size this down by 27% pull to the upper left edge of the frame

E28 c/p size this down by 22% pull to the far right edge of the frame

E18 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit in front of flowers

E100 c/p size this down by 22% pull to the far right of the tag

E44 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on left edge of cup of tea

Click on bottom layer of your tag

E63 c/p size this down by 55% pull to the bottom right edge of the tag

Open paper 20 size this down to fit the canvas apply mask from above

E32 c/p size this down by 35% pull behind the mask layer, on the left edge of the mask, merge mask into a group layer

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the copyrights for artists and credit for kit maker, add a saying to the tag and your done..

Open a 725x725

Frame 2 c/p size it down by 51%

Take your tube c/p size it down by 81% pull to the middle of your frame

E166 c/p size down by 65% pull to the bottom of your tag

E64 c/p size down by 35% pull to the lower left edge of the tag

E106 c/p size down by 65% pull to the bottom of grey sand

E47 c/p size down by 20% pull to sit on inside of frame on right hand edge of your tube

E100 c/p size it down by 20% pull to sit on left edge of the book

E141 c/p size down by 19% pull to the right edge of the tag

E118 c/p size down by 20% pull to sit on right front of grey coral

E40 c/p size it down by 16% pull to left of book

E124 c/p size down by 20% pull in front of tubes and coral

E55 c/p size the balls down by 20% pull to the far right above the coral

E9 c/p size it down by 25% pull to the far left edge of the tag

E26 c/p size it down by 55% mirror it and pull to the right edge of your tag, just on the left edge of rocks

Click on bottom of your tag take paper9 paste as a new layer pull it up so the waves show’s behind the tag, you can crop off excess how ever you want,

I applied the mask from above as it has water curls in it, merge into one raster layer

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for your copyright and License information

Add a saying to the tag and you’re done
