I'm using the Masquerade Ball by-Wicked Princess you can buy this at any of her stores

Open a 600x300 FS tag

Flood fill the bottom layer with the brown from her plaette2 flood fill the bottom layer

Now open PP6 make a new layer and flood fill that with PP6

I'm using a Spawn Fourm Style mask25

which you can get here Spawns Forum Set Mask's

Now open your tube, copy paste it as a new layer, re-size by 50%
 then pull it to the left hand side of the tag.

Open rosebouquet copy paste as new layer, re-size by 65% pull it to the right hand side of your tag
Then
Open candlerose, and copy paste it as a new layers, re-size by 35% and pull it to the right
hand side of the tag also, where it is over the bottom part of the bouquet


Open the clock and copy paste it as a new layer, and center it in your tag, behind everything else,
then re-size by 80% sharped "more" to make it stand out, add a drop shadow of default

As my final step on tag's like this i like to buttonize a blank layer  using the 3d effect's in PSP9


Now add your copyright's to your tag, and pick a font for your name on tag's
I'm using a Twilight font
