Take your tube and paste it above the main background, re-size the tube by 80%

Pull her to the far right where just her face and the middle of her chest is showing, Cut that part of the tube out, take the copy and flip it vertical so she is upside down, them paste the other one, till the lines are covered with the tube, then merge them all into one layer

EX:

Click on the bottom layer, and flood fill with paper3

Click on foreground, flood fill with paper1, make sure you get all of the stripes on this layer

Merge Line Stripe 1-5 into one layer and flood fill using the color black

Using Xero:Fritillary apply these settings

Granularity 5

Aggression 55

Tesselation 100

Variation 100

Left Stripes flood fill black

Using Add noise to that layer of

Uniform

Noise 100

Check mark in Monochrome

Now click on the upper top most layer, take your tube paste, it and move it to the very far left hand side of your tag…

Take Frame 1 re-size by 40% rotate 90° to the right and pull over the tube, where just her face is showing then cut out her face,

Click back on the frame, and add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 100

Blur 5

Color black

Rosetrail1 c/p re-size by 55% mirror, and pull to the upper left hand side of frame, you may have to move the tube down just a bit so it does not cover her face, add a sharpen more to the element…

Take the element stars paste as a new layer underneath the border…

Add your copyright to the tag, and what ever saying you wish to use on it

Make sure to give proper credit, to artist...
