hopes you have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro. 

This is not mean to copy or look like any other tag out there.. If it does I’m sorry

I up-sized the Template using Canvas Size to a 700x700 to have more room to work with…

Open paper 1 flood fill Raster 2, and Raster 6

Paper8 flood fill raster3

Paper5 flood fill raster 5

Paper6 flood fill raster 7

Paper10 flood fill raster9&8, then merge them into one layer, only these two layers…

Raster 10&11 I’m adding a brown gradient glow

Glow Width 7

Soft Corner 25

Opacity 100

Then merge them together, and add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 75

Blur 5

Color black…

Click on raster 5 open element23 c/p flip vertical mirror, and pull it to the very top behind the circle of raster6, paste the same thing rotate 45° to the right, and merge them into one layer, then copy the merged layers, paste again flip vertical, and merge those 2 layers…

Click on Raster 3 open elment34 c/p pull to match the edge of the square, re-size by 95%

24 c/p rotate 45°to the left, and pull it even with the dotted layer of 9&8, mirror the rotated one, and mirror it pull it to the other side of the dotted layers…

Click on the merged squares c/p your close up of the tube, I had to re-size it by 50%, then I cropped out just her face behind the dotted lines of the tag, copy cropped face, mirrored it pulled to the left side of the tag…

Now take the 2^nd tube you are going to use, you can use the same, I just chose two different ones, and re-size the merged color’s of tube by 50% pull to the lower left hand edge of your tag… **Save often so you don’t lose any of this***

Element97c/p mirror re-size by 40% pull to the lower right hand edge of tag…

Element70 c/p mirror re-size by 35% pull to make it look like he’s sitting on the basket of nuts…

Element26 c/p mirror re-size by 35% pull to the upper right hand side of the tag…

Element 56 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the lower left hand edge of your tag, by her elbow…

Element 12 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the case sit it on the middle front of case,

Take element 30c/p re-isze by 20% pull to the lower left hand side of the wine bottle, copy re-sized version and paste on on the other side of wine bottle, the bottle will be on the case, the glass on the floor…

Element 50 c/p re-size by 40% pull it to the upper left hand side of your tag, we will add words here in a bit…

Element36 c/p re-size by 25% rotate 45° to the right pull so it covers the back part of the sign…

I used Papryus for the font on the sign cover, you can find that in any free font site...
