Open a 700x700 size tag, you can re-size it later

Frame8 c/p re-size by 70%,

You will want to have a few tubes, by the same artist so you can have different face’s showing up behind the frame, I’m going to assume you know how to crop things out behind a frame, and re-size it to your liking behind the frame….

When your done putting the faces you want behind the frame, merge those into one layer, the frame will be on a different layer, so you can add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 50

Blur 5

Color Black

Flower12 c/p flip vertical re-size by 80% pull to the bottom edge of your frame…

Key Clusters c/p re-size by 60% pull to the middle bottom of your tag, then add a sharpen more to the element…

Block c/p re-size by 30% pull to the lower left hand edge of your tag…

Clock1 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the lower right hand edge of your tag…

Bottle2 c/p re-size by 25% add a sharpen more, and pull to the right hand of box…

Wordart2 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the upper right hand edge of your tag…

PP6 using your rectangle tool draw a rectangle behind the merged tube layers so it show’s

Then flood fill your very bottom layer with PP17 apply the mask from above or one of your choice, after applying the mask you want merge into one group layer, then up-size it by 110% add the same drop shadow from above…

Make sure you add the correct copyright and Scrapkit by Wicked Princess since she does want that on all tags made with her kits…

Make sure you use the correct LIC# also…
