Font of choice, the font I’m using on the tag is

Parisienne, you can find this on a lot of FTU font sites…

When working with a full size tube, with many layers, and you can colorize them make sure to merge the one’s you want into one layer, and make a head shot and a smaller size of the full size one with the height no bigger than 600 pixels... Close up make as big or small as you like.

I upsized the canvas to 655 x 655 to give a bit more room to work.

On frame fill for the small frame’s I am taking the lower portion of paper 17 so I can get more of the swirls and flowers to fill the 3 squares…

On Small frames 1, 2 and 3 add a gradient glow of “aqua” from the flowers you used on the frame fill, with this setting

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 100

Blur 5

 Color black

Rectangle 1 flood fill with paper3

Rectangle 2 flood fill with paper 20

Circle 1 and 2 flood fill with paper 12

Frame fill middle square flood fill with paper7

Castle 3 c/p paste pull to the bottom, and add a sharpen more to the element…

Curly swirl add a gradient glow of purple from your kit or one from your tube

Add the same drop shadow from above…

Take the smaller size of your tube paste it over the Frame fills small one’s and crop out just her face on the right hand side and then again on the left hand side mirroring them…

Click on the top smallest frame, open Cat and re-size by 40% pull to the middle of the two frames/tubes…

Clock c/p re-size by 30% pull behind the cat, and leave in the middle of the tubes…

Click on the Large Frame paste the close up you made, I had to re-size mine by 55% to get her to fit, behind but not over the tag…

Cloud 3 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the left hand edge of your tube…

Behind your tube paste frame 1 c/p re-size by 75% add the drop shadow from above…

Bow1 c/p mirror re-size by 45% pull to the upper left hand edge of the tag…

Gem c/p re-size by 50% pull to the middle of the bow, clean of some of it so the gem show’s up behind the tubes arm, add a sharpen to the element…

Bow 2 c/p re-size by 25% pull to cover up the top chain of the gem…

Flower 5 c/p rotate 25° to the right re-size by 70% pull to the middle of curly swirl…

Dragonfly c/p re-size by 25% pull to the top edge of flower5, add a sharpen more to the element, then add the drop shadow from above but make the opacity 50…

Click on the upper top most layer, open Flower4 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the lower left hand edge of your frames…

Flower 5 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the right hand edge of cat…

Bottle c/p re-size by 25% pull to the left hand edge of blue flower…

Bird 3 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the far left make it sit on tope of the outside frame…

Gardenbobble c/p re-size by 25% pull to the left hand edge of cat…
