Open a 700x700 tag, you can re-size later if you need to…

Frame 19 c/p re-size by 65% leave in the middle of your tag…

Take the close up you made of the tube, and paste re-size by 60% clean off what ever part of the tube does not fit in on the right hand edge of the frame, leave the arm that is holding her hat…

20 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag, and then pull behind the tube, then re-size it by 75% to make it a tad bit smaller…

117 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the lower part of your tag…

78 c/p pull to the bottom of grass…

114 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the middle of the grass…

3 c/p re-size by 30% pull to make it sit in the middle of rocks…

115 c/p re-size by 60% pull to the bottom of the grass…

118 c/p re-size by 50% add a sharpen more to the element, and then pull to the far left hand edge of black grass…

61 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

33 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the left hand edge of your tag…

64 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

38 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the lower left hand edge of your tag…

11 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the top of the skull…

47 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the far left hand side of berries…

27 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the right of pumpkin…

30 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the right hand edge of your watch…

122 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the left of bottles…

78 c/p mirror rotate 45° to the left, re-size by 40% then  pull the broom so it lay’s on top of purple bottle and pumpkin on the left hand edge of your tag…

67 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the left of the tag…

Go to the very bottom of your tag flood fill with paper 41 apply a mask of choice a Halloween mask is what I used IRmask162

(if anyone knows who’s mask this is please tell me and I will gladly add it to my link’s in the tutorial)

Make a new raster layer on top of all others add your credit’s and copyright info…
