This tutorial is written in Corel X5, by me out of my own mind and thoughts. It is
written in hopes you have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro, or other
graphics program.
It is not meant to look like others work.
I am using a PTU Kit by

Nocturne, this tube and many others of hers

Open a 700x700 tags you can re-size it later
Frame4 c/p rotate 90° to the right and re-size by 80%
Elements
Lace pull to the top part of your frame, the word art
will cover the top…
Promises word art, pull to the top most part of your
frame…
Mesh c/p re-size by 70% pull to the bottom left hand
edge of your frame…
Take a sized down version of your tube and paste pull
to the far right hand edge of your tube…
Scrunched Ribbon C/p then pull the ribbon to cover the bottom part of
her legs…
Trays c/p re-size by 70% pull to cover the bottom hand
edge of mesh…
Bouquet c/p re-size by 75% pull to the lower left hand
edge of frame…
Clock c/p re-size by 45% pull to the right hand edge
of flowers…
Butterfly c/p re-size by 45% add this drop shadow
Vertical 5
Horizontal 3
Opacity 50
Blur 5
Color black
Pull butterfly up to the far left hand edge of your
tag…
Jar c/p re-size by 40% pull to the left of clock…
Yarn c/p re-size by 40% pull to the right hand edge of
clock…
Beads c/p pull to the bottom of your tag…
Go to the bottom layer flood fill with paper6 apply a
mask of your choice, I’m using a rebel dezings mask that is no longer available
(unless someone knows where she put them when she shut the forums down)
One tag for the kit maker
