Open a 710x710 size tag you can re-size it later

E27 c/p re-size by 85% leave in the middle of your tag…

Take the close up version of your tube paste re-size down to fit inside of the frame, clean off any of the bottom of the tube that show’s over the frame…

E26 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the lower right hand edge of your tag…

E45 c/p re-size by 55% add a sharpen add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 47

Blur 5

E40 c/p re-size by 35% rotate 30° to the right…

E10 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the lower right hand edge of your tag…

E30 rotate 45° to the left re-size by 35% pull to the bottom edge of your tag…

E9 c/p re-size by 45% pull to the bottom edge of flower…

E29 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the lower right hand edge of your tag…

E31 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the right hand edge of your tag…

E7 c/p re-size by 35% add the below Gradient glow…

Add the drop shadow from above but make the Opacity 75

E33 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the end of word-art…

E39 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the bottom of M, in the word-art…

E25 c/p re-size by 65% pull to the upper top right hand edge of tag, take another copy of re-sized version mirror it flip vertical and pull to the lower left bottom of tag…

Go to bottom layer of your tag, flood fill with paper8 apply the mask from above, or one you like better.

Go to the top most layer of your tag, add a new raster for your credits and give the kit maker credit if she requires it.

Add what ever saying you wish to use on the tag, and your done..
