The font I’m using is ALS Script is a  FTU font

Remove the white background layer also delete the copyright layer,

You will need to use your eraser tube to re-move the SE-Template 1 on the frame layer

Circle 4 flood fill with paper9

Scalloped Circle colorize it to a dark blue, add this drop shadow to it

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 65

Blur 5

Color dark blue

Rectangle 3 flood fill with paper 10

Circle 4 flood fill with paper 6

Rectangle 3 paper 7

Circle 2 flood fill with paper 1

Circle 1 flood fill paper 2

Rectangle 1 flood fill with paper 5

Frame flood fill with a blue from your tube or a paper, add noise at 100%

Uniform checked, and monochrome also checked then add the same drop shadow from above…

Take the close up of her face mirror re-size by 75% pull behind the frame…

Click on circle 2 open clock paste re-size by 35% pull to cover the circle…

 Go to top most layer of your tag

Butterfly c/p re-size by 25% rotate 45° to the left and add the drop shadow from above using the same settings…

Flower spray c/p re-size by 65% rotate 35° to the left pull to the bottom edge of your frame…

Flower cluster flip vertical re-size by 40% pull to cover up the ends of flower spray rotate it 35% to the left …

Lipstick c/p re-size by 35% pull to the left of flowers…

Handbag c/p re-size by 30% pull to the right of lipstick…

Drink c/p re-size by 30% pull to the left of lipstick…

Butterfly scatter c/p re-size by 80% add the drop shadow from above but make the opacity 100 then pull it to the top right hand corner of your tag…

Rose c/p re-size by 50% pull to the top of the drink…

Make a new raster layer to add your credits for kit and artist make sure you have a license to use his artwork as it is PTU artwork..
