This tutorial is written by me, out of my own thoughts
never meant to copy, it’s written in Corel X5, but any version should work...
This is written in hopes you have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or
other graphics programs…
This is a combined CT tutorial
I’m using a PTU kit

Open a 715x715 size tag, you can re-size it later…
Frame 3 c/p re-size by 85% leave in the middle of your
tag…
Plam2 c/p re-size by 56% pull to the far left hand
edge of your tag, the
Take your tube paste it re-size it by 80% pull to the
middle of the frame let her hair and tail hang out over the frame…
Wave c/p re-size by 65% pull to the left hand edge of
your tag, and them c/p mirror pull to the right hand edge of your tag, they
should meet in the middle…
Leaf 1 c/p pull to the middle of the waves...
Wheel c/p re-size by 50% pull to the left hand edge of
the tag…
Brad2 c/p re-size by 70% pull to the middle of the leaves…
Stones c/p pulls to the left of brad2…
Shell2 c/p re-size by 65%...
Bubbles c/p pull to the upper right hand edge of your
tag…
Sparkles c/p re-size by 75%
Go to the very bottom layer of your tag flood fill
with paper 3 apply mask from above, or one you like better, merge into on
raster layer,
Add this drop shadow
Vertical 5
Horizontal 3
Opacity 78
Blur 5
Color black
Now go to the upper most layer and make a new raster
layer, add your copyright and give credit to the kit maker if she requires it..
