I upsize the canvas to 725x725 then you can re-size it down later…

Go to the background and delete the white but leave the raster there…

Raster 1 flood fill with paper 14

2&3 flood fill with paper 8 add this drop shadow on both layers

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 75

Blur 5

Color black

Raster 4 flood fill with paper 10

Merge 8,7,6 into one raster flood fill with paper16

Add the drop shadow from above

Raster 5 flood fill with paper11

Click on layer 5, c/p 54 rotate 90° to the right re-size by 50% pull to the bottom edge of the layer then copy pull a 2^nd one to the top part of raster 5…

Go to the bottom layer of your tag, c/p E37 re-size by 80% pull so it show’s on the bottom part of your tag and some show’s up on the top of layers…

E10 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the upper left side of tag, copy then paste 3 more times upper right, lower left and lower right…

Go to upper top most layers,

E34 c/p re-size by 65% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

Paste your tube I re-sized her on the longest side to 600pixels, and then paste it on the tag…

E51 c/p mirror re-size by 30% pull to sit beside her hand…

E16 c/p re-size by 45% pull to cover up her feet…

E69 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the left of her hand…

E67 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the right hand edge of mushrooms…

E45 c/p re-size by 30% pull to the left hand edge of your tag, then add a sharpen more to the element…

E48 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the right of purple flower…

E28 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the left of purple bottle…

E89 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the middle of flowers…

E13 c/p mirror re-size by 65% pull to make it shine off the top of tower…

E46 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the middle left of mushrooms…

Add a new raster layer, and add your copyrights and give credit to kit maker if she requires it…
