I am using the font Blacksword it is a FTU font

I am using a FTU template by

Denz Desinz

Using shift +D close the original (I’m using #40)

This is a small template, so upsize the “canvas” not through the re-size option..

I am upsizing it to 710x710

Remove the credit layer

Circle dot lines add a corona (you can use gradient glow) of a deep red,

Add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 45

Blur 5

Color black

Repeat this process of Square dot lines

Delete dot 1&2

Right and left strips flood fill with paper 12

Shape back flood fill with paper

Right circle and left circle flood fill with paper 10

Main Circle flood fill with paper 4

Take the close up paste re-size by 50% pull her even with the bottom of the right stripes…

Rose’s c/p re-size by 50% flip vertical pull to the lower left hand edge of your tag then re-size again by 75%…

Compact c/p re-size by 45% pull to the left hand edge of roses…

Lipstick c/p re-size by 45% pull to the right of compact…

Disco ball c/p mirror re-size by 65% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

Drink c/p re-size by 50% pull to the left hand edge of disco ball…

Strawberry c/p re-size by 25% pull to the right hand edge of your drink…

Nail polish c/p re-size by 35% pull to the far left hand edge of your tag…

Go to the bottom layer of your tag create a new raster layer

Swirl c/p pull to the far left hand edge of your tag, then paste again mirror pull to the right hand edge of your tag, merge those into on layer…

Scatter c/p leave as it falls

Go to the top most layer of your tag, add a new raster layer for your copyright and give credit to the kit maker and add what ever saying you want on the tag…
