I upsized the canvas of the template to 710x710

Remove the credit layer, and delete the white of the background

Take close up 2 paste over bottom circle bar, pull her to match the inside of the left hand edge of the item, you will need to erase a small part of her shoulder and some on the bottom of tube also…

Click on Center Frame flood fill with paper9

Flood fill the bottom and top half of star with paper6

Top and middle double bars flood fill with paper7

Bottom circle bar and Top circle bar, add a purple gradient glow that is from the purple in her hair….

Click on bottom layer E10 pull to the upper right hand edge of tag colorize it to orange, then paste another one pull to the bottom edge of your left hand side of tag, colorize purple…

Go to top most layer of your tag

E6 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the far left hand edge of your tube…

E11 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the bottom of the candy stick…

E22 c/p re-size by 60% pull to the far right hand edge of our frame…

E20 c/p re-size by 35% pull to the right hand edge of spray paint…

E23 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the right of cupcake…

E30 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the left of spray paint…

E28 c/p mirror re-size by 35% pull to the left of bow face…

E14 c/p re-size by 20% pull in between the mic and cupcake …

Go to the very bottom layer

Open E2 c/p pull to the upper left hand corner of the tag, c/p mirror pull to the lower left hand edge of your tag colorize this one to orange…

Now go back up to the top most layer of your tag, make a new raster layer to add your copyright’s and give kit maker credit along with the LIC# this is a PTU tube…
