I upsized the canvas to 715x715 shift+D duplicate close the original template…

Remove credit layer, then delete the white on the background layer…

Words 1 colorize to blue, then add a blue gradient glow, and this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 2

Opacity 75

Blur 5

Color black

Merge the 2^nd set of words into one layer add the same drop shadow hide the layers…

Click on the Square layer flood fill with paper 2

Rect 3 flood fill with paper 9

E38 c/p pull behind the frame clean off any inside just let the words show on the outside left of your frame, rotate 15° to the right then re-size by 75%…

 Click on the raster frame then add a blue gradient glow and drop shadow from above

Circle flood fill with paper 6

Click on Rect1 open Frame 3 c/p re-size by 70% pull behind the circle, you will need to move them both in a little on the tag so it does not go off the side of the tag…

E7 c/p re-size by 70% pull to the bottom edge of the frame…

Take your tube crop off just below her waist, c/p mirror re-size by 60% pull to sit on the bottom edge of the circle…

E33 c/p pull to sit on bottom edge of your tube re-size by 75%

E10 c/p re-size by 25% pull to sit on top of her hand like she is holding it…

E36 c/p re-size by 60% pull to the edge of blue ribbon…

E39 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the left of the cat

E35 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

E26 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the left of radio…

E8 c/p  re-size by 50% pull to the left of the cat…

E60 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the left of birdcage…

Unhide your words…

E13 c/p re-size by 15% pull to the front of radio…

E44 c/p re-size by 65% pull to the left of camera…

Add a new raster layer for your coyright and credit to kit maker and what ever saying you wish to use… Remember this is a FTU tube but you have to have a lic to use it…
