working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is
written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 725x725
Frame1 c/p re-size by 74%
E49 c/p pull behind the frame, then down to the bottom
of the frame…
Click on top of the frame
E17 c/p pull to bottom of the frame…
E57 c/p re-size by 50% pull to the middle of the
frame…
E46 c/p re-size by 70% pull to the left hand edge of
the frame…
E65 c/p re-size by 34% pull to sit at bottom of the
tree..
E19 c/p re-size by 29% pull to the right side of your
frame…
Take the tube your using re-size it with 600pixels in
length… Then re-size it by 80% pull to the middle of your tag…
E5 c/p re-size by 17% pull to sit between her hands…
E35 c/p re-size by 17% pull to sit by her knees…
E51 c/p re-size by 17% pull to sit on the left of
tube…
E50 c/p re-size by 24% pull to the left of drink…
E38 c/p re-size by 24% pull to left of shell/pearl…
E62 c/p re-size by 17% pull to the left of sandcastle…
E2 c/p re-size by 17% pull to the right of purple
flower…
E11 c/p re-size by 22% pull to the far right hand edge
of your tag…
Re-size your canvas to 700x700
Click on bottom layer of your tag
Flood fill with paper 1 apply Rachels mask 675 merge
into one group add a sharpen to the layer...
Go to top most layer and add a new raster for your
copyright’s and credit to kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done..
