Steam Dragon
This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version
should work, this is written in hopes you have
working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is
written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 725x725
F3 c/p re-size by 77%
Take a color of the dragon I am using the 3 color one,
re-size it by 50% clean off the foot on the frame, to make it look like he is
coming out of the frame, the tail will be behind the frame, I do this by
duplicating the frame and cleaning off parts of the frame to show the parts of
the dragon I want outside of the frame… You can do this how ever you feel
comfy..
Here is a preview for you to see how I did it…
2 c/p re-size by 60% pull so it is just by the fire of
the dragon…
103 c/p re-size by 31% pull to sit just by the steel ball…
111 c/p re-size by 25% pull to sit on right of clock…
105 c/p mirror re-size by 25% pull to sit in front of
clock…
6 c/p rotate 90° to the left, flip vertical re-size by
60% pull to sit even with the bottom of the clock…
20 c/p re-size by 32% pull to the left hand edge of
your tag….
24 c/p re-size by 22% pull to sit in front of luggage…
109 c/p re-size by 25% pull to sit on the wing outside
of the frame on the upper left…
43 c/p mirror re-size by 43% pull to the upper right
hand edge of your frame…Go to bottom layer of your tag paste E16 apply the
MuRa’s Filter Meister-Copies 1.3 to the element…
Go back to top most layer of your tag, add a new
raster layer for your copyrights and credit to kit maker is she reqires that..
Add a saying or name to the tag and you’re done
