This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 725x725

Frame 1 C/p leave it as it falls in the tag

Take the tube c/p her then size it down by 35% pull to the bottom of the frame

Clock 7 c/p size it down 49% pull to the lower left hand edge of the tag

Cog1 c/p size it down by 35% pull behind the Clock , where just a bit of the left side is behind the clock

Boxes 2 c/p size down by 35%pull to sit on right side of blue cog

Boxes c/p size down by 35% pull to the right of boxes2

SP1 c/p size down by 25% pull to the left of the clock

SP27 c/p size it down by 50% pull to the far left of the tag

Sp30 c/p size it down by 50% pull to sit in between the 2 clocks

Compass c/p size it down by 25% pull to sit on the left bottom of your tag

Telescope c/p size it down by 41% pull to sit on left of bike

Butterfly 2 c/p size it down by 25% pull to sit on top of the gun on your tube

Sp13 c/p size it down by 41% pull to the left of telescope

Cog 11 c/p size down by 35% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag

Click on bottom raster of your tag flood fill with paper PP10 apply the mask from above, or a steam punk mask of your choice. Merge the mask group into one raster layer, then click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for copyrights and credit to kit maker
