This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 725x725 tag

E 65 c/p size down by 75%

E4 c/p size down by 75% pull to the left edge of the frame

E22 c/p size down by 55% pull to the bottom left edge of tag, then c/p a 2^nd copy to the right edge of the tag

E23 c/p size down by 32% pull to the upper left of tag, in between the leaves

Take the tube c/p mirror size it to 600 pixels in height pull to the right edge of tag

E1 c/p size it down by 20% pull to sit in between her feet

E10 c/p size it down by 20% pull to the right of grey dragon

E50 c/p size down by 20% pull to sit on vine on left edge of the tag

E9 c/p size the butterfly down by 16% pull to sit on her hand

E43 c/p size the dragon down by 21% pull to the middle top of the tag

E36 c/p size down by 25% pull to the right of her staff

E33 c/p size down by 20% pull to sit on top of vase so it looks like it is coming out of the vase

E2 c/p size down by 25% pull to sit in front of blue flower in vase

E24 c/p size down by 25% pull to the bottom of the vase

E29 c/p leave as it falls on the tag

Click on bottom layer of your tag

E14 c/p pull to the top right of your frame

Now click on layer below the tag

Take paper 98 duplicate it close the original size it down 720x720 using your circle tool draw a circle behind the frame , but under the castle and moon, merge this into a raster layer

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer for credits and License information.

Add a saying to the tag and you’re done
