This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 725x725

E71 c/p size down by 65%

E141 c/p size down by24% pull to the very far right of  E71

E144 c/p size it down by 70% pull so it covers up the right edge of E71

E98 c/p size down by 75%pull to the far right edge of the tag

Take the tube (I’m using close up) pull between the skull ground and the tree, size her down by 33% pull to the middle of the tag

Click on top most layer of your tag

E14 c/p size mushroom down by 21% pull to the right edge of tag

E11 c/p size down by 22% pull to the far left edge of the tag

E25 c/p size down by 29% mirror pull to sit on top of skull

E12 c/p size down by 15% pull to the left of skull

E4 c/p size down by 21% pull to sit by box

E8 c/p size down by 16% pull to sit on right of globe

E20 c/p size down by 16% pull to sit in front of cauldron

 E37 c/p size down by 16% pull to sit in front of mushroom

E149 c/p size it down by 35% pull to stand in front of bag

E63 c/p size down by 25% pull to the right of E149

E59 c/p size him down by 25% pull to stand on far left

E74 c/p size the pumpkin down by 11% pull to stand in between dog and mayor

E93 c/p leave as it falls on the tag

Click on bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper1 apply mask from above , merge into one raster, Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster add the copyrights and credit to kit maker, add a saying an you’re done…
