This tutorial is written in Corel X5, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Font: Ambrosia

 

Open the template shift+D close the original one, upsize the canvas to at least 710x710

Delete the white background layer

Rectangle flood fill with paper 6

Vstrip flood fill with paper six

Apply this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 3

Opacity 75

Blur 10

Color black

 

Square flood fill with paper 01

Rounded square flood fill with paper 02

Frame fill pick a purple color off your tube

Serenity bg flood fill with the color blue in the tubes eyes

E09 c/p pull to sit in the middle of rectangles

Take the full size version of your tube pull so they eyes show up in side E09 crop off any outside of the black in the middle of the element…

Top rectangle & Bottom rectangle flood fill with paper 5, merge into one layer add this Fritillary Settings (Xero: Fritillary) Plug in

Granularity:  5

Aggression: 30

Tesselation: 100

Variation: 74

Click on top rectangle layer, paste your tube size it down by 50%; mirror then pull it to the far right of the tag

Click on layer thin circle paste E23 size it down by 60% pull to the left edge of circle

E16 c/p mirror pull so the flower show up above the ribbon size down by 55% add the drop shadow from above

Click on top most layer of the tag

E06 c/p size down by 35% pull to sit on left of the tube

E21 c/p size down by 30% pull to the left of E6

E03 c/p size the ribbon down by 25% pull to sit on left of E21

E5 c/p size down by 25% pull to sit in front of the elements by the tube 

 Make a new raster layer for the tag, you will add your saying copyrights and credit to kit maker on this layer.
