This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

E38 c/p size down by 70%

Click behind the house 

E126 c/p size then down by 70% pull to the right top of house.

E117 c/p mirror size the tree  down by 55% pull to the left edge behind the house,

E111 c/p  then size it down by 65% pull to the left edge of the house.

E103 c/p size down by 55% pull to the right side of your tag

Take the colorized version of the tube you want to use, c/p it size her down by 17% pull to sit on right side of door

E14 c/p size down by 50% pull to sit on right of fountain

E1 c/p size this dragon down by 25% pull to stand on top of fountain

E118 c/p size it down by 25% pull to sit on steps of house

E9 c/p size down by 30% pull to the 2^nd tier of the fountain

E68 c/p size down by 16% rotate it 45° to the right pull to sit under plant with star’s

E12 c/p mirror size this fairy down by 21% pull to fly over purple egg

E3  c/p then flip vertical; mirror pull to come just above the plant with stars in it, add the drop shadow from above

E13 c/p mirror size it down by 21% pull to sit in front of the tube by her knee

E107 c/p size this dragon down by 35% pull to sit on left of purple egg

E21 c/p size the fox down by 21% pull to the far edge of your tube

Click on bottom raster layer of your tag

Flood fill with paper 8 apply mask from above merge into one raster layer

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster layer, for your copyrights add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
