This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

Frame 6 c/p size down by 51%

Click under frame take

E22 paste it behind the frame

Click on to layer of the tag

Take the tube c/p her, then size her down by 51% pull it so she sit on middle bottom of the frame

E10 c/p size down by 75% pull to the far left edge of your tube

E76 c/p size the tree down by 40% pull to the right edge of frame

E184 c/p size down by 21% pull to stand on right edge of the tree

E144 c/p size down by 55% pull to the lower right edge of frame

E137 c/p size this down by 34% pull to stand of left edge of the rocks

E50 c/p size this fox down by 20% pull to stand on right edge of the rocks

E154 c/p size down by 35% pull to the left edge of the tag

E24 c/p size the moon down by 40%, then pull it the upper right edge of the tag

E36 c/p mirror size the wolf down by 40% pull to stand on left of mushrooms

E57 c/p size this bobcat down by 22% pull to the right edge of mushrooms

E15 c/p size down by 40% pull to stand in front of the wolf

E44 c/p mirror size the fox down by 20% pull to stand in front of blue trees

E12 c/p leave as it falls on the tag , I did this a 2^nd time but mirrored it

 

Make a new raster layer for the copyrights and credit to kit maker is she/he requires this… Add a saying to the tag and you’re done. .
