This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750 (size down at the end)

E53 c/p size this down by 65%

E51 c/p rotate 90° to the right size this down by 51% pull to the upper left edge of the frame

E33 c/p size this down by 9% pull to the right edge of the frame

E32 c/p mirror size this down by 55% pull to the left edge of the frame

E70 c/p size this grass down by 75% pull to the bottom of the frame

E28 c/p size this down by 52% pull to the right edge of the grass

E13 c/p size this flowers down by 65% pull to the left edge of the grass

E23 c/p mirror size this down by 65% pull to the upper right edge of the frame

Take the tube we are using, paste her size it down by 19% pull to the bottom of the tag

E27 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit on left edge of dragon egg

E65 c/p size this down by 35% pull to sit by her shoe

E1 c/p size this down by 51% pull to sit on top of light pink flower on right top

E50 c/p size these down by 35% pull to fly above blue flowers

E79 c/p size the snail down by 22% pull to sit by pink and blue flower

E12 c/p mirror size the bunny down by 29% pull to sit on right edge of dragon shell

E24 c/p size this down by 14% rotate 45° to the right pull to sit on top of the stump with the tube

E44 c/p size this down by 31% pull to sit on pink tulips

E55 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit in the middle of the tube on the tag

Click on bottom layer of your tag, this is where I size the canvas down to 700x700

Open paper 12 flood fill bottom layer, then apply the mask from above, merge into one layer

Click on top most layer of the tag and make a new raster for the license information for the tube we are using, credit to kit maker; then add a saying to the tag and you’re done
