This tutorial is written in Corel 2021, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750 size tag

E59 c/p leave as it falls on the tag

E69 c/p leave as it falls on the tag

E25 c/p size this down by 70% pull 1^st copy to the upper left edge of frame, take the 2^nd copy and pull to the bottom right of the frame

Frame 2 c/p size this down by 80%

Take the close up on the tube paste her size her down by 45% pull to sit inside bottom of the frame

E55 c/p rotate 90° to the right size it down by 71% pull to the bottom of the frame

E32 c/p size this down by 57% pull to the far right edge of the tag

E99 c/p size this down by 69% pull to the lower left edge of the tag

E92 c/p size this down by 51% pull to the far left edge of grass with blue rocks

E120 c/p size this down by 50% pull to sit in middle of blue rocs with grass

E97 c/p mirror size this down by 50% pull to left edge the caterpillar

E72 c/p size this down by 45% pull to the right edge of the tag

E63 c/p size this down by 45% pull to sit on left of blue cups

E94 c/p size this down by 45% pull to sit in front of Cheshire cat

E67 c/p size this down by 33% pull to sit on right of blue rose

E12 c/p size this down by 23% pull to sit on right edge of bottle

E112 c/p mirror size this down by 57% pull to the right edge of the tag

Make a new raster layer

Add your copyright and credit to kit maker , add a saying to the tag and you’re done..
