Open a 750x750 size tag

Frame 1 c/p size this down by 75%

Floor c/p size this down by 80% pull to the bottom of the frame

Cards c/p size them down by 75% pull to the left edge of the frame

Take the tube we are using (colors and cat) c/p size her down by 16% pull to the middle of the frame, on the tile

Books c/p mirror size them down by 45% pull to the right edge of the frame

Caterpillar c/p mirror size this down by 29% pull to sit on top of the books

Hatter c/p size him down by 25% pull to the left hand edge of the tag

Guard 2 c/p size him down by 15% pull to sit on big red book on bottom of the stack

Guard 1 c/p size him down by 15% pull to sit in front of hatter

Grass c/p size this down by 50% pull to the bottom of the tag (just on top of bottom of tile)

Cup c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit in middle of grass

Word art c/p size this down by 40% pull to sit at right edge of grass

Rabbit c/p size down by 20% pull so he is standing on the D in the word art

Click on bottom layer of your tag Open paper 12 using your ellipse tool draw a circle behind the frame convert this to a raster layer…

Doodle c/p size this down by 60% pull behind the circle but so it shows up on the left top of the tag
