Open a 750x750

Frame 6 c/p size down by 65% rotate 90° to the right

Take the tube we are using c/p size her down by 40% pull to the right edge of the frame

Take Bella 3 c/p size this down by 45% pull to the left edge of the frame, some of the house will be over your tube

Flowers 4 c/p size this down by 40% pull to cover up the bottom of the tube

Lucky bear 1 c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit on left edge of white flowers

Lucky gnome c/p size him down by 25% pull to stand in front of the house 

Lucky owl 2 c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit by the steps on the house 

Gold coins c/p size this down by 20% pull to sit on right side of the bear

Lucky owl 1 c/p size this down by 20% pull this one to sit on far right green leaf on our flowers

Mug of ale 2 c/p mirror size this down by 14% pull to sit on right side of coins

Lucky cake c/p size this down by 12% pull to sit in front of the bear

Lucky leprechaun c/p size him down by 12% pull to sit on left of the cake

Clover butterfly c/p size this down by 21% pull to fly above the house 

Pot of gold 2 c/p size this down by 17% pull to the far left side of your tag

Sparkles 2 c/p size this down by 41% pull the 1^st copy to the left top of the tag, take the 2^nd copy and pull it to sit on the right of the tube, on her hair

 Click on bottom layer of your tag

Clover frame 2 c/p size this down by 75% pull to fit behind the other frame

Open paper Bella 7 size this down to 710 paste as a new layer, apply mask from above, merge this into one layer.

Click on top most layer of the tag add a new raster for the copyright & License information, add a name or saying to the tag and you’re done…
