Open a 750 x 750

1 c/p size this down by 65%

55 c/p size this down by 55% leave as it falls on the frame

3 c/p size the flag down by 30% pull to the upper right of the frame

Tube_una c/p size her down by 40% pull to the bottom inside of the frame, duplicate the frame post over the tube, then clean off any from the top of the tube and her finger on her left side, the shorts should be under the frame

26 c/p size this down by 21% pull to sit on bottom right of the frame

13 c/p size this down by 20% pull to the bottom left edge of the corner

30 c/p size this down by 70% pull to the far left edge of your tag, it will cover some of the left edge of the flower

Take USA Teddy 2 c/p size this down by 15% pull to the bottom of the heart, in between the flowers

5 c/p size this down by 16% pull to sit in front of the teddy bear

50 c/p size this down by 15% pull to left of the bear

18 c/p size this down by 10% pull so it sit’s on the left side of the coffee pot

43 c/p size this down by 10% put this on the right edge of the bear

 29 c/p size this down by 10% pull to sit on bottom left of the soda can

22 c/p size this down by 12% pull to sit in front of statue

9 c/p size this down by 14% pull to sit by the box with the flag in it

27 c/p size this down by 18% pull to sit by cola

23 c/p size this down by 14% pull to the far right edge of the tag, in front of the boots

12 c/p size this down by 12% pull to sit in front of the backpack

Click on bottom layer of your tag flood fill with paper3 apply the star mask from above, merge this into one layer.

Click on top most layer of your tag add a new raster for the copyrights and credit to kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…

Add a High Pass sharpen with these numbers
