This tutorial is written in Corel 2023, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 750x750

4 c/p leave as it falls on the tag

36 c/p size this down by 80%

Click layer under the frame

15 c/p rotate 90° to the right pull so it shows outside of the frame, c/p a 2nd one mirror, then  pull to the left edge of the frame

Take your colorized tube you are using c/p size her down by 34% pull to stand inside of the frame

35 c/p pull this down to cover up the bottom of the tube

14 c/p size this down by 45% pull to the upper left edge of the frame

Click under the flower, take E24 c/p size this down by 65% pull to hang under the middle of the flower Add this drop shadow

Vertical 5

Horizontal 5

Opacity 75

Blur 5

Color black

Click on top layer of the tag

13 c/p size this down by 45% pull to the left edge of the scroll, c/p a 2nd copy pull to the right edge of the scroll

5 c/p size this down by 30% pull to the far right edge of the tag

32 c/p size this down by 65% pull to the far left edge of the tag

1 c/p size this down by 30% pull to fly in the middle of the small tree, add the drop shadow from above

27 c/p size this down by 30% pull to sit on right edge of the tree

34 c/p size this down by 30% pull to sit on left side of the bottle

13 c/p size this down by 30% pull to hang off the little tree under the bird

22 c/p size this down by 30% pull to sit on left edge of the box’s 

17 c/p size this down by 30% pull to sit on top of the scroll

Add a new raster layer so you can add the copyright and credit to the kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
