Open a 750x750 size tag

( she had included grayscale layers so you can color to match the kit we are working with, I chose aqua for the hair and colors from paper13 for the top and bottom of the tube)

Frame 6 c/p rotate 90° to the right size this down by 50%

63 c/p size this down by 43% pull to the far right edge of the frame

2 c/p mirror size this down by 33% pull to the far right hand edge of the frame

21 c/p size this down by 55% pull to the bottom of the frame

5 c/p mirror size this down by 14% pull to swim just over the top of the wave on the left side of the tag

194 c/p size this down by 36% pull to the left side of the frame, just over the wave

77 c/p mirror size this down by 28% pull to the right hand edge of the wave 

179 c/p mirror size this down by 25% pull to swim over the dolphin

Take the colorized  version of the tube we are using along with the stone, c/p size her down by 25% pull to the right of the tag

75 c/p pull to the bottom of the tube, take a 2nd copy mirror and pull to the same area

11 c/p size this down by 16% pull to it is over the bottom of her tail

90 c/p mirror size this down by 19% pull to sit on left edge of the tag

19 c/p size this down by 15% pull to swim above the water wave

1 c/p size this down by 19% pull to sit on right edge of chest

121 c/p size this down by 14% pull to sit in front of kelp plant

171 c/p size this down by 13% pull to the middle of the tag by the tube

48 c/p size this down by 10% pull to the left edge of the chest

57 c/p size this down by 10% pull to sit on the right of the anchor 

22 c/p size this down by 13% pull her so she is sitting on the left edge of the chest

174 c/p size this down by 10% pull to sit by the octopus 

54 c/p size this down by 10% pull to sit under the small mermaid

26 c/p size this down by 10% pull so swim over the pearl 

Click on bottom layer of your tag (this is where you can size it down)

Open paper 34 size this down to fit in the canvas then apply the mask from above, make sure to merge it in to a layer… 

Click on top layer of your tag add a new raster layer for the copyrights, and credit to kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
