This tutorial is written in Corel 2023, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open a 715x715 size tag

Fr4 c/p flip vertical then size it down by 61%

14 c/p pull to bottom of the frame , then size it down by 61%

24 c/p size this down by 56% pull to the upper right top of the frame

1 c/p size this down by 60% pull to the left side of the frame

3 cp size this down by 46% pull to sit in front of the tree 

5 c/p size this down by 40% pull to the middle of your tag

10 c/p size this down by 39% pull to the bottom right of the tag

9 c/p size this down by 45% pull to the far left hand edge of the sand

Take the tube we are using c/p size her down by 22% pull to the middle right of your tag

20 c/p sixe this down by 26% pull to sit under the parrot part of the tube

19 c/p size this down by 20% mirror sit him on the barrels on left side of the tag 

6 c/p size this down by 26% pull to sit by the tubes knee and her treasure chest

36 c/p size this down by 15% pull to sit on left of the map 

17 c/p mirror size this down by 25% pull to sit on top of the map

28 c/p mirror size this down by 25% pull to sit at the bottom of the barrels 

2 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on the right end of the flowers

13 c/p size this down by 25% pull to the far right side of the tag, by the tubes feet

12 c/p size this down by 21% pull to the right edge of the bottle

39 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit on left edge of the rope

Click on bottom layer of your tag 

Open paper 3 size this down to fit the canvas, then apply the mask from above, merge into one raster layer…

Click on the top most layer of your tag, add a new raster layer for the copyrights and credit to the kit maker, add a saying to the tag and you’re done…
