I'm also using a PTU kit, from this store of Wicked Princess Scraps

The Kits name is Fairy Whispers

Open a 600x600

FW_sky copy paste it as a new layer, then do it again, but mirror that one, 

Pull the sky's up to the very top of your tag to give it a sky

Open FW_Frame2 copy paste it over the sky, leave it centered on the tag

FW_Branch copy paste, as a new layer, then rotate left by 90°

copy this layer and paste, the mirror, pull the branches to the side of the frame, to make it look like they are climbing up the frame.

FW_FlowerVine, copy paste as a new layer  pull it to the left hand side of tag, repeat and mirror it to the right hand side of the tag. The flower vine should be pulled on top of the branches, so they look like they are crawling up the branch

Drop Shadow with these settings on both layers

Vertical 3

Horizontal 3

Opacity 50

color black

Now open your tube, copy paste it as a new layer over all other layers.

Re-size by 65%, pull it to the right hand side of your tag, it should look like she is standing on the bottom rung of the frame.

Open FW_grass, copy paste it as a new layer on top of layer #3(sky) this way it look's like she is also on a hill of grass.

Now go to the very bottom layer of your tag, and flood fill it the light blue of the sky.. 

Add your copyright and your License number, I always add a gradient glow to the license number and my DragonBurned~ info, to make it readable, and it will stand out..
